Refund and Returns Policy
At Glamour Jewels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return Notification
You must complete and email the return form to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include the reason for the return along with an image of the item.
- Conditions for Return
- The item must be unworn and in its original condition. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged due to improper handling, lack of care, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Returns must include a completed returns form, original invoice, and be in the original packaging with tags attached. Incomplete or missing returns forms may delay the processing of your refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings or other pierced jewelry items. This policy ensures the safety and hygiene of all our customers. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.Custom-made, personalized, or engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made specifically for you.
- An item was purchased using gift card, or during sales promotion period
- Customs Duty
Customs duty payments are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable by Glamour Jewels.
- Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
- Delivery Errors and Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and postcode. If incorrect details are provided, we may charge an additional delivery fee for re-delivery. If the order is canceled, the refund will exclude delivery charges.
- The customer is responsible for the item until it reaches us. We are not liable for items damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. We recommend using recorded delivery with proof of posting for all returns.
- International Returns
- For returns from outside of Canada, please complete a customs declaration form describing the goods as “Returned Goods” with no commercial value. Failure to complete this form correctly may result in customs delays or the item being returned to the sender.
- Glamour Jewels is not responsible for paying international customs duties and taxes on returned items.
- Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, we will refund the return postage costs and either issue a refund or send a replacement, depending on stock availability.
- Refunds
Once the item is received and assessed, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 working days. Please note that credit card companies may take an additional 3-5 working days to credit your account.
