Shipping Policy
- After placing your order online, you will receive an order confirmation email. To ensure you receive all order status updates from Glamour Jewels, please add [email protected] to your email address book and safe list.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a second email with your estimated delivery date and tracking information.
- Orders placed before 2 PM EST will ship out the following business day, except for jewelry requiring additional shop work. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, or Friday and Saturday Overnight, will require 2 business days to ship, excluding major holidays. Orders received after 2 PM EST or overnight orders on a weekday will be processed the following business day.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and postcode. If incorrect details are provided, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery. Refunds for canceled orders will exclude delivery charges.
- For security reasons, Glamour Jewels requires a signature for all orders over CAD 250.00 and for any expedited shipping method (Overnight or Saturday Delivery).
- If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the forecasted delivery date.
- While delays are rare, please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or mechanical issues.
